ACQUISITION OF ARMATURE ČAPLJINA

OMV-Indoil acquired know-how rich company Armature Čapljina and made a re-registration to form Armature d.o.o.

The plant was founded in Čapljina, as one of 5 valve plants of Energoinvest Valve Group, a subsidiary of Energoinvest Sarajevo
